Hi Terry!

Just a quick check-in as tomorrow is our third week with Paper Moon,
now Holly. She is just the cleverest, funniest, most enjoyable pup
imaginable. Our kids are bananas about her, my husband and I adore
her, and we are so very happy to have this sweet girl in our family.

I wanted to share a cute story about our girl. Holly is so bright and
now knows the commands come, sit, stay, crate up, fetch, leave it,
hush, sit pretty, and of course, do your business. However, Holly is
an independent girl, and one who prefers the cozy warmth of her bed to
the chilly fall mornings. Who wants to go outside to do your business
when it's still dark, anyway? But out we go after breakfast, and out
we stay until business is done.

Terry, do you know what Holly did this morning? She faked doing her
business. Holly made her way to the business mulch, tucked her bottom
down, and pretended to pee. Then trotted merrily up the steps, with a
victorious canine grin. She was so pleased with herself I almost
didn't have the heart to call her out on it. Almost.

We have a fabulous character and a wonderful buddy for Sweet Briar.
The pups are thick as thieves and we are all beyond delighted.
