You’ll look up one day, and your oldest will be getting her driver’s license, and that door will have closed. That brief window of time before life begins to happen will have closed. The days will whirl by, and suddenly, she'll be going off to college or getting married, and heaven forbid (!) you finally get a dog. She may never forgive you, and rightfully so, for waiting until she is gone from home. I get letters. All of the above is more than true!
